Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and all attached tags to qualify for a return.

Final Sale Items
Custom engraved, personalized, and made-to-order pearl pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Natural pearl variations in color, luster, and texture are inherent characteristics and not considered defects.

Return Process
1. Submit a return request via our self-service return portal with your order number.
2. Select the item to return and state your reason.
3. We will send a prepaid USPS return label to your email.
4. Drop off the package within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refund & Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may take an extra 3–7 business days.
